- Yes. Each student checks in at the kiosk with a PIN, an NFC tap or a QR code, and every class is logged against their record automatically — no card to stamp, lose or re-issue. Attendance reports come straight from those check-ins.
- Can I track belt progression?
- Store current belt and grading date on the student's record. Attendance history is the evidence behind the next grading.
- How do family memberships work?
- One parent is the payer; each family member has their own account and PIN. Discounts can be applied so a family of four isn't paying four full prices.
- Do you replace Clubworx?
- Most of what Clubworx does for small-to-mid schools, yes — PIN check-in, passes, payments, reports. If you use a bespoke Clubworx feature (eg Kicksite integration) let us know during the demo.
