- What payment processor do you use?
- Square. You connect your own Square account to your studio and pay only Square's standard processing rates — we don't add a percentage on top. SessionHQ never touches your customers' card data.
- Are there per-member fees?
- No. The Studio plan includes unlimited active members. We don't meter check-ins, classes, or sessions either.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No. Studio is billed monthly, cancel anytime. We're trying to win you on the product, not the contract.
- What counts as one studio?
- One physical location, one Square account. If you operate multiple venues you'll want the Scale plan — same product, per-venue reporting and a dedicated onboarding hand.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your admin settings and the next renewal won't charge. Your data stays available for export for 90 days, then it's anonymised per our retention policy.
